Rates

My fees for interim management assignments are based on a rate of £600 per day, plus expenses at cost. No VAT is chargeable on my fees.

Fees and expenses are billed periodically throughout a project on completion of agreed intermediate milestones. Payment is due within 30 days of the receipt of the invoice.

Expenses are capped at 10% of the full value of the fees. Living expenses away from home are capped at £150 per day for dinner, bed and breakfast. Travel by car is charged at 40p per mile.

Terms and conditions

I reserve the right to assign or subcontract any work (but not obligation) in the completion of a contract, but shall always inform the client in writing before such occurrence.

The limit of my liability under a contract shall not exceed the value to me of that contract.
